DIRECTIONS: For photo-aging protection* take one (1) to two (2) capsules daily in the morning 30 minutes prior to sun exposure, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Use with high SPF sunscreen (SPF 30+). For extended sun exposure take one (1) additional capsule at noon. This product can be taken with or without food.  Enhanced FernBlock® has been shown to help the skin be more resilient to the damaging effects of internal and external stresses.
