The flowers and berries of Sambucus nigra (elder) are important traditional remedies for supporting healthy immune system function, particularly in the winter months. Clinical research supports this historical use of elder. 

One teaspoon provides:

Elderberry flower (Sambucus nigra) 700 mg 
Elderberry berry (Sambucus nigra) 800 mg 
Red Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus) 500 mg in a base of glycerine and purified water 
Suggested use for adults:

1-2 tablespoons in water per day, or as directed.
