Lactitol 100 mg 
mixed branch chain amino acids 100 mg 
l-isoleucine 
l-leucine 
l-valine. 

In a base of carrot fiber. 

Suggested Use: 
1 cap twice daily and titrate to a maximum of 2 per meal for 2 weeks prior to acidophilus. Lactose intolerant people may be allergic to this supplement.
