Suggested Use: Adults take one (1) capsule daily or as directed by a health care professional. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your healthcare providers.

WARNING: Not for use by persons under the age of 18 years. Do not use if you are pregnant, lactating, or a woman of childbearing age.
