d-alpha tocopherol in its free, unesterified form complemented by
non-alpha tocopherols for more complete vitamin E benefit. D-alpha, the
most active and best studied form of vitamin E, helps stabilize and
protect cell membranes and tissues susceptible to oxidation such as the
eyes, lungs, arteries, and skin. D-beta, d-gamma, and d-delta isomers
augment this antioxidant activity. Each softgel contains 400 IU natural
vitamin E.
Suggested Dosage:
Take 1 or 2 softgels daily with food or as directed by your healthcare
practitioner. Gelcaps can be swallowed or pierced and the contents mixed
