Return Policy

Our return policy may vary depending on whether the order was shipped or not.

 

The order was not shipped

Full refund will be issued within 24 hours after the order has been placed.

If you wish to cancel your order after more than 24 hours, you will receive a partial refund totaling 80% of item's price. 20% commission will be charged for processing your order.

 

The order was shipped

You may return new, unopened and valid items within 30 days of delivery.

 

Limitations

-        You mat not return heat-sensitive items (probiotics).

-        Shipping costs will not be refunded.

-        20% commission will be charged for processing your order.   

 

The shipment was returned by the custom authorities

You will be issued partial refund less 20% commission for servicing and shipping costs.
